Law and Corpus Linguistics Conference Information
Our 9th annual conference will be held on October 24-25, 2024. The keynote addresses will be delivered by Edward Finegan, Professor Emeritus of Linguistics and Law at the University of Southern California, and Lawrence Solum, the William L. Matheson and Robert M. Morgenthau Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Virginia.

Welcome Dinner: Oct. 24, 6 pm at Guru’s
Law & Corpus Linguistics Conference: Oct. 25, 8am-6pm
On Thursday night, Oct. 24, there is a gathering Dinner at Guru’s in Provo, Utah. This is a conversation dinner. We will be reconnecting and meeting our new members. Please note on the registration form if you will attend the pre-conference dinner.
Travel Reimbursements
Application for travel reimbursement (up to $500) for law students, graduate students in linguists, or early career individuals, may be submitted by completing this form online.
The Travel Reimbursement Application submission will include a brief letter describing the individual’s needs and nature of contributions to the 2024 conference.
